skydivermom 0 #1 January 21, 2006 My sis has been after me for several months to get still pics of myself in freefall. I figured it had something to do with her Christmas present to me...and I found out exactly what today. I came home to find a box from fed ex and when I saw what was inside...it made my day. My sister, who lives in CA, had all of my skydiving photos published in a book. She personally narrated each one and wrote up a dedication to me on the second page. She really went to a lot of trouble and put so much thought into it. Of course the fact that we did tandems together made it extra special...I got to see her leave the plane. What really made me emotional were the things she wrote, just a few... "Sometimes we feel more grounded and alive when our feet aren't on the gound." "Live life to the fullest, little sister." She is awesome! I posted the first page of the book, and a couple of pictures of us.
