Anvilbrother 0 #1 March 6, 2008 I know its military, possibly static line? Im looking for info about what it is and how it should look packed for a display. Possibly a military packing manual? I tried entering the numbers that were on it but the info panel is partially filled out. Thanks Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. MagicGuy 0 #2 March 6, 2008 Well, not sure what kind of rig it is, but looks like it's in AWESOME shape!
slotperfect 7 #3 March 6, 2008 That's a T-10 harness and pack tray, used to hold one of a few different models of round military main canopies over the years.Arrive Safely John
Anvilbrother 0 #4 March 6, 2008 Thanks that will give me some info to search with. I was unsure if it was some sort of bail out or static line rig. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,
riggerrob 643 #5 March 6, 2008 Definitely a military-surplus, static-line container. It resembles the CT-1s (Canadian Army variation on T-10) that I jumped as a young soldier. You might want to replace that brass snap shackle with a piece of (80 pound) cotton break cord!

ripcord4 0 #7 March 6, 2008 You'll need a deployment bag and static line to make it look proper for a good display. Google a copy of TM 10-1650-292-23 & P for closing instructions to make it look good.

saxboy 0 #9 March 9, 2008 For sure is a for T-10 round parachute and I thing is the same container for the MC11B.Also a round canopy but with toggles,ONLY to face the wind or change heading. No brakes at all. I have 14 jumps for those canopies in the army.:-) Exit altitude with static line 1100ft :-))). You have the reserve canopy on your chest....Brrrrr. And you need all the way down to cutaway (joking).
