NWFlyer 2 #4 January 20, 2006 Sometimes I actually post a reply and immediately delete it. It's usually something particularly snarky in a topical forum, where such snark is not always welcomed by the green ones. But it makes me feel better just to post it. Michele 1 #9 January 20, 2006 Absolutely. And it's not simply here, it's elsewhere...and it's verbal, too. Some things are indeed best left unsaid. But what's fun is to know you were able to keep quiet, and then sit back and just watch karma come by and slap someone so hard their head rocks...and you just sit there and smile...chuckling... Broke 0 #11 January 20, 2006 You know I don't really care too much about Karma. I just want to make sure things are done and done right. I am not out to fuck anybody I am just here to be the best person I can be. I am the last person to use the "Your karma will come back to you." line. I think that line is bad karma. Because it is like you are wishing ill on the person, and as we all know wishing ill is bad karma...lol for someone who dosen't care about karma I sure did say karma a lot.Divot your source for all things Hillbilly. Michele 1 #12 January 20, 2006 Broke, I understand your thoughts, and feel a bit of clarification might be in order. Yes, while there's a twinge of "hah!" when it happens, I am not yet perfect and don't quite expect to get there in this life. When someone is being an asshat, or has done you dirty, to be able to hold your tongue and walk away, knowing that it's better to not say anything (or take action, in some cases) and being able to not say anything, and then see the wall of cards they built based on their asshat-ed behavior come crashing down is the sort of thing I am talking about. Not name calling, and not helping the situation along; rather, just really getting, once again, that what goes around does indeed come around. And yes, it's a good reminder to watch my p's and q's, so that I behave in the best manner possible given a set of circumstances; and not simply because of karma, but because it's the right thing to do. Walt Yeah but I really like the way you paint your stories. Allthough I do have to say I don't quite trust any nurse any more when they reply to me asking for a report by saying, "He's fine, He's sedated."
