fried mushrooms....take saltine crackers and reduce into a fine powder, make an egg mix, like your going to make french toast, slice mushrooms, heat pan to sizzle with butter, take mushrooms, dip in egg, roll in crackers and drop in pan and cook until golden brown

I LOVE little smokies! You can buy them in bulk @ Costco, or in the grocery. Just heat them up in a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce (anything mesquite flavored - especially the Jack Daniels Mesquite BBQ sauce). They are fantastic, serve in a big bowl with toothpicks!!
