I'm Looking for a good Accountant in Illinois (Chgo/western burbs) who does 1040s for less than the commercial places charge. I just changed jobs, so I'm relatively strapped for cash, and need to keep as much of my return as I can get.

Willing to pay a fair price, just not looking to get cornholed by H&R Block or whomever...

Just check out the phone book look for CPA.
Stay away from the accountant in the box places they like to fill out extra forms. You actually pay by the form.
