Even if the door rebounded off of the kid on the bike, I don't imagine there would be enough return force for a third bounce that would have enough power to yank that kid out of the car. More than likely, he pushed the door out hard, expecting to get a significant impact that would stop the door's momentum. He must have missed and the momentum sent him spilling out. It's real easy to fall out of a car this way when you have a hand on the car door handle. It almost happened to me when I was a little kid. I was mad at mom for something and wanted out while the car was going 25 mph. Seat belt was the only thing that kept me inside. But I did get laid out horizontally for a bit as the door swung out.
