:D.....LOL, I don't necessarily mean when the jumping starts. Just when the gear shop and what not opens up. I've been to enough dz's to know jumping starts when there are enough people to make the load. Sorry for being vauge! :$

AFAIK, the gear store opens at approximately 8 am (and generally the first load goes at the same time, if the teams are training). The restaurant opens at 7:30.

Looking out the window, it doesn't look like a load is going to go up anytime soon. [:/]

It was pouring a few minutes ago. Now it's just drizzle, but we're well and truly socked in.

Worse yet, it looks like tomorrow is going to be the same, both here and in Sebastian.

Yeah, I know, but I got yelled at when I mentioned that in the Pyro thread. :$

Watching the radar on the weather forecast, they didn't have the storm clouds moving out of Sebastian until late on Saturday. Now I don't know if I want to go that far just for a party because I have to leave early on Sunday morning to come back and throw a Super Bowl party. What to do, what to do...

But Sunday looks good.....as does Monday. So I will get a few jumps in. :D And it did open at 8 I got here like 15 after and there were people around!

Gonna be a great time at Sebastian Sat night! I think we gotta go to the store to find Lisa(my wife) an outfit....Red's in the theme right??

So are you in FL now? I'm sitting here at the DZ eating and wishing it wasn't raining. It looks like it may clear up here in a bit....but I don't know how that'll work out. See ya tomorrow and the rest at the boogie!!

If you have "good" jumping shoes that you love, don't wear them right after it rains there. The drainage isn't that great in the landing area, there WILL be big puddles. I learned this the hard way.

Damn. I might need to go buy a cheap pair of sneaks or something. To save space in the suitcase, I only brought my pricey (and almost brand new) running shoes, thinking "Oh, it'll be dry in Florida." :S

Thanks for the warning.
