sioux 0 #1 February 5, 2006 I've been having some major problems with my apartment lately. Hauntings aside, and in all seriousness, I have not slept well in the past three months (except for my holiday -and give a few days for jet lag) mostly because the heating in this place is shite. Now I know why sleep deprivation is a time-honoured torture technique. I've been so frustrated lately and finally it exploded. I just bawled my eyes out. Now I feel so much better I was going to ask this in the women's forum, but come on guys, don't you ever feel better after a really good cry? Not only better, but rejuvenated somehow? I haven't seen such convoluted lines of conversation and such expert chronicling thereof since my days of all day bong marathons in college. ~ Lindercles

kbordson 8 #5 February 5, 2006 (warning..... woman's view) Honestly I think more men should recognize that emotions should be expressed. Keeping feelings inside can just cause problems (mentally and physically) Crying can be a good thing.... But I hope for you that warmth and sleep will be a better thing soon. sioux 0 #8 February 5, 2006 Thanks. I'm not afraid to cry, nor do I suppress many emotions other than anger, but this caught me by surprise. It was a major cry and I feel so much better! (still shivering, though...)
