eeneR 3 #1 February 7, 2006 My soon to be former shift mate at work....i swear im ready to strangle him. Doesnt communicate shit. On multiple calls he has not informed me we were paged. We are to work this stuff as a team backing each other up. Thats great, but there has been quite a few times that he just goes off, doesnt drop me an IM or email or shout telling me WTF is going on. We had a major thing going on here, several times our boss asked me where he was and what was going on. I told him I have no idea.... I am not going to chase this guy around and nag him like a whiny wife, im not his wife, or his girlfriend I am a co-worker. He needs to tell us WTF is going on. Now having said that...I came in today and was informed that my shift is changing...im going with another group. I was kind of bummed at first....till I realized that swichting shifts would put me in a better positon personally with my days off...and then something happend today. I find out about 2 hours before hand that I am going to be single shifted, which means I cannot under any circumstances leave the building. (im here till 12am) Cant go get dinner or nuthin. Now the good thing, i brought food in...but in either case I found out that he was going to leave from someone else. This just frosted me something fierce!!! Now im excited that my shift is changing...Though i really feel like having a nice little chat with him.... Then even worse doesnt tell me when he is going to be gone, leaving me single shifted (which sucks..means no lunch/dinner for me).
