Bolas 5 #3 February 9, 2006 Trespassing is not normally something you get arrested for. The funny part is my mom wanted to know if she was every arrested if her kids would post bail. I wrote her back: Just like you told us when we were growing up, "If you ever get arrested, we'll bail you out... the next day." Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh.

Bolas 5 #7 February 9, 2006 Geocaching. It is an activity where you find things or places according to GPS coordinates. http://www.geocaching.com/faq/Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh. yardhippie 0 #8 February 9, 2006 Sherwood, AR. Some things to remember... the local police force there have a poor reputation, and by poor reputation I mean a general buzz about how they treat residents, people passing through, a few misconduct reports on the TV. Its an area filled with million dollar homes just down the road from homeless persons. just outside the Little Rock metro area growing faster than any of it's public services can compensate for. I lived about 30min from Sherwood for over 20 years. I would not want to be in ANY questionable situation and have the Sherwood PD show up.Goddam dirty hippies piss me off! ~GFD "What do I get for closing your rig?" ~ me "Anything you want." ~ female skydiver Mohoso Rodriguez #

RhondaLea 4 #11 February 9, 2006 QuoteOk...he was (apparently) trespassing on private property - so how is "the man" persecuting him?? Apparently he wasn't. He wasn't on the Exxon property, and the person who made the call to the cops wasn't the property owner. The whole story is bizarre. rlIf you don't know where you're going, you should know where you came from. Gullah Proverb

BillyVance 35 #13 February 9, 2006 Totally on a different slant, one day I was working and my parents were at the beach on their vacation. They were having their driveway torn out and re-laid, and subsequently had their other two vehicles parked on the street in front. Well, I got a call from dad telling me that the contractors working on the driveway called him to say one of the vehicles was missing. I made the hour and a half drive back there to check things out, and called the police. They tracked it down. It was in the police impound lot. What the fuck?!? Apparently, two old biddies who didn't live in the neighborhood were driving through and didn't like seeing the car parked on the curb and called police to have it removed. It was not far from an intersection but was still legally parked. Leave it to a couple fucking bitches to stick their noses in other people's business. My dad had to pay the impound fees to get his car out.
