cocheese 0 #4 February 12, 2006 Once you introduce THC into your system, the only time you can't sleep is when you're on your second or third day without it.I had major insomnia all my life until age 16 when i started driving/partying and smoking. Been sleepin like a baby ever since. That over the counter shit is for ... well don't get me started. I can't handle another controversial thread. elias123 0 #5 February 12, 2006 If i may ask, what kind (or what brand) of sleepingpils do you take, or did you take? I have to take them to, otherwise i'll lay in my bed awake all night until around 4 am, but when i take 4 pills i usually see everything double :) A warm bath may help, a cup of herbal thea, while you are in it, an maybe a toke like cocheese says, but from my personal experience, i smoke every day, i learn that when i go to sleep and smoke before doing so i am usually more awake then when i don't smoke. Valtran may work also, it's a powerfull analgetic, against pain mainly, bit it helps to get tired really good."In a mad world, only the mad are sane"

JeepDiver 0 #8 February 12, 2006 I always found that lifting iron girders all day, welding and drilling steel beams and the stress with walking on 6 to 8 inch I-beams all day long high above concrete slabs really allowed for a restfull nights sleep. riggerrob 643 #9 February 12, 2006 Good point. Physical exercise tires the body, making it easier to fall asleep. However, just be sure to finish exercising - especially weight-lifting - at least three hours before you plan to fall asleep.
