need help converting a dvd

I got a tandem dvd I'd like to convert to a mpeg file. The dvd was made with 2 parts. The intro and then the skydive. I'm able to convert the intro but can't seem to get the skydive part.

I'm using the software that was bundled with DVD Cloner called DVD to MPEG.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
