Twoply 0 #1 February 16, 2006 I went to ask my accountant and he wanted about $600 to do it. I was about to do this myself in LLC's for dummies, but is there anyone here that can help? Post or Pm's Thank you!
mailin 0 #2 February 16, 2006 In the process of going through this myself... the only advice I can give you is to swallow and pay the $600 - screwing up on these forms has cost me so much more in headaches. Leave it to the professionals. My accountant wants $800 - which I'm contemplating spending... $600 is cheap JenArianna Frances
unformed 0 #3 February 16, 2006 if you just want it, plain and simple ... amerilawyer is pretty cheap i incorporated in nevada for about 200 ... one thing though, there are hidden fees they don't exactly tell you about ... i do believe to get it down with legally correct paperwork ... it will cost around $600. just bite the bullet and do it.This ad space for sale. upndownshop 0 #4 February 16, 2006 I just went through ths myself. Did the research online and saw the 200-250 range, but by the time it was said and done it was closer to $500.00. I would have done it myself but decided it was worth the $500.00 to pay my attorne. If you like you can PM me for his details, he is a skydiver from the 70's and handles a few DZ's in Texas. Does a realy good job. If you are in Texas I know he can help you out, not sure about out of state. Otherwise I would say pay the money to an accountant, they can also help you with what type of LLC, tax questions, and the best way for your needs. Good luck
JohnnyD 0 #5 February 16, 2006 Also depends on what state you're in. You can set up a single member LLC for $0.99 in Colorado in less than an hour. Of course more than one member in the LLC and that is an entirely different animal.
ntrprnr 0 #6 February 16, 2006 They used to be a client of mine - www.wethepeopleusa.com - stores all around the country. they'll get it done cheap. It really is only paperwork. Don't rely on them for accounting or legal, get an acccountant and a lawyer, but for this, sure - you can use them to do the paperwork._______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?"
