1969912 0 #1 February 22, 2006 From the useless trivia dept: When Ayn Rand first moved to the US, she wrote a few screenplays while developing her English language skills. One of the screenplays, "The Skyscraper", was the fanciful story of a "noble thief" who, while committing crimes moved about from one skyscraper to another by jumping with a parachute. This was in 1926. thegreekone 0 #4 February 23, 2006 QuoteNow I have one more reason to admire Rand... ;-) Haven't read everything she ever wrote, just The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged, but I was always impressed how her novels never came across as didactic. Pretty cool given the fact that they were platforms for her philosophy of Objectivism. Everybody should read the Fountainhead. IMHO

Might like sex to be a bit rough, as well .
