PLFXpert 0 #126 February 23, 2006 One of my favorite trips ever was to Alaska. I did a humback whale-watching tour. They stick you in this tiny...canoe if you will, b/c that's how flippin small it was. It was really cold, wet & dreary, but SO BEAUTIFUL at the same time. These humongous whales would flip their tails, raise their blow holes out of the water and all sorts of things w/in just feet of us. It's AMAZING that it doesn't ruffle the waters as much as you'd think it would. I seriously considered becoming a whale-watching tour guide after that!Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
