Sebazz1 2 #1 February 23, 2006 um hello I am trying to form an LLC in AZ but the Secretary of State takes one to two weeks even with the expedited service to process. I heard though that if it is a property transfer and the escrow agent would write a letter (which I have) that the state would be willing to expedite the filing even more so than their normal expedited filing? I know wierd.. But alas I am unable to get anymore answers and this is an urgent matter for me. Can anyone help me at all, have a secret contact at the state or corporate division?
