If you don't get current Dublin won't be much fun...

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

I had been planning to get current at Dublin. I had a one year in sport goal and didnt make the goal so it is correlating to me having very little desire to jump right now. Doesnt make sense.

I did a six way at sunset with a bunch of fellow jumpers that started around the same time as I did. I got to pull in place and watch them track away. It was great.
50 donations so far. Give it a try.

You know you want to spank it

Yea, its funny to read my journal entry of my first jump... I was so excited, heres an excert , Im loving the "chute straps"

I think I want to go do a tandem now lol...

At that point he said
on the count of 1 2 go we would roll and when I hear go, I was to yell
"GO BIG" SO here I am sitting at the door of a airplane, body in feet
out, staring at the world below me, then as if in slow motion I hear
1..........2..............GO and instantly my eyes slammed shut for
push off. Before we were in our roll I remembered and yelled "GO
BIGGGGGGG" and that’s when my eyes opened. I mean really opened. I
was in pure heaven. I feel the slap on my arms and get into freefall
position. While looking at my camera man I realize that life is what
you have to do to save up for your next jump. The rush of traveling
120 mph with nothing below you but air is the most amazing thing a
person can experience. ALTHOUGH it felt as if it was a fraction of a
second. The site of watching the ground approach at a steady pace and
wondering if our chute was going to open was an amazing feeling.
Looking at the camera man I get a thumbs up which was a good sign. At
5500 feet our rig was deployed and we were under canopy. At that
point DJ had me put my hands into the chute straps and taught me how
to steer and flare.

And heres a picture... Okay I soooo want to do a tandem now [:/]:D
