Broke 0 #2 March 3, 2006 Preasure increases as you increase your altitude. It can cause ballance problems, pain, and not to mention snots running up your face in freefall Edited to add By preassure I mean sinus preasure. I have heard it is a very bad thing to do.Divot your source for all things Hillbilly. Anvil Brother 84 SCR 14192
NWFlyer 2 #3 March 3, 2006 Don't. If you can't clear your sinuses, you run the risk of serious damage to your eardrums. There will be another chance to skydive."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. O'Rourke
Guest 1010 #4 March 3, 2006 we just talked about this at the dz last weekend (raining) ... you risk broken eardrums, and inner ear damage, which could cause permanent balance issues, nausea... lots of bad things, sorry BUT, definitely one of the VERY BEST things about skydiving, is that the sky WILL BE THERE for you another day You can have it good, fast, or cheap: pick two.
