I am unsure if the pool of talent for big-way bellyflying formations is increasing. The new formation records of the future may be freeflying. I have seen bellyfliers with 400 jumps get on well-organized records. A 100-way freefly record participant will probably need way more than that. Travel to records is expensive. There are people with the talent to do them, but they can't take off 3-weeks to travel to another country to do it. If they do have the time, they may not have the cash. The organization skills seem to be in place. My fav quote of the past, "Dude, we don't do 'points', we just freefly." The talent pool is there now and growing.
