Is there a good place in Houston to buy Eyeglasses?

Recommended Posts

I got my prescription changed and went to LensCrafters because even though they are a bit pricey they are usually quick and non-annoying. At least they were still pricey, but for the first time in my experience they were slow and annoying.

Any suggestions?

so di ya go to sam's club or decide to squint?

I squinted my way to Sam's Club and just got back.

They said lenses would be $215 compared to $331 at LensCrafters, but the LensCrafters price included sales tax and I would *not* have to leave my frames.

Not a bad deal, actually.

Quit being a pussy and learn to wear contacts!

I did get contacts and even figured out how to get them in and out but soft contact lenses are so fragile that I've had them about a week and already torn 5 of the fuckers. They seem pretty fucking useless to me so I'm gonna ask the Dr. if there's some other kind that's not so delicate.

Shit, and I thought you were going to suggest that I bust out the bottoms of a couple of beer bottles and make some cool Rx sunglasses!

You are quite the sophisticate!:D
