I don't know if we all get them or not, but I also think it's getting worse as I get older. Or maybe life's just more stressful and it has nothing to do with getting older. I really, really feel for people who battle depression ALL the time. If I felt year round like I feel in the winter, I don't know how I'd keep on going. It's nice to know that spring is always around the corner when I'm feeling low, though, and that with spring my jovial :) self will return....
