When You bring beer?

When you bring beer to a party. Is it ok to hoard what you brought if the person throwing the party is seerving a lesser beer? Also is it ok to bring a cheap beer and drink the more expensive beer being served at the party? How cheap are you really being not leaving whatever was left over at the hosts house?

I'd say focus a little more on having a good time and not worry about a few extra bucks spent on quality beer. Luckily for me most of my friends drink shit beer and don't want anything to do with my "bitter" beer .......I'd only bring it home if I knew they wouldn't drink it or I was going to party somewhere else after I left ......

That's actually true....everybody grabs what they want despite the fact that they prolly brought some sorta lame light beer.

I keep my eyes peeled for a good red, fine "sham-pon-ya", or really good gin or vodka. Oh, and tequila.

Man, I am sort of thirsty.

I usually bring whatever I feel like drinking. I'll even bring my extra pint glass. I usually leave beer where the party was because I don't often drink at home.

I love Guinnesse but I don't know how to spell it and I don't feel like looking it up. I like some heffeweisens but don't know how to spell those either. Fat Tire is good. Corona with lime is a good chaser when you're slamming shots of good tequila. I like tripple bocks too but only a small bottle at a time.

I do like beer but I just sort of lost the ability to drink it and not feel full after just one.

I always bring good sh*t...and if the hosts sh*t isn't as good as my sh*t, I drink my sh*t first (and tell everybody that I will be drinking the cool sh*t I brought and if anyone wants some, they better snag it before I do) because I am uncultured like that. -It's not a dig at the host...I mean, hey, I'm not wasting their beer! I am just kind of a beer snob I guess.

I like Ambers. Ambers are unequivocally better than blondes.

I like the pint glass style, it really does make a good beer even better ....

Edit: I had some Guniess last night...it's on my top 5 list.... a good black and tan is hard to beat

unfortunatly around here every bar tries to have a gimik. Even though my friends and I would like a nice quiet place we could just chill out and drink our beer.

For some reasion I find myself pouring ever beer I drink into my designated beer glasses. I like drinking out of the glass better than drinking from a bottle. I am considering bringing my glass with me when I go on vacation. Anyone else prefer the glass to the bottle

I like a lot of the Sam Adams seasonly brews.....lots of people don't lke the winter lager but I personaly love it ,,,,,Fat Tire is another good one ...not super expensive but just a good quality beer ......but if you're in Texas a shinerbock is a must

which begs the question: why is Heineken so much better in europe? While in greece, most of your choices are amstel (reg, not light) or Heineken...I stick with the Heineken. I could never drink as much of it here, it's just not as good. (selection and availability aside, of course)
