Need Good weather vibes for tonight

Ok so tommorow I am supposed to fly out to Tampa, for my week and a half vacation. However when I was getting on the boat today to get to work I was informed that the captain might not return after the 2100 trip. My shift ends on the 2330 trip. Here is what the forecast is looking like.

W winds 20 to 25 kt...increasing to 25 to 30 kt after midnight. Gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

It also depends on what the tide is doing. If I get stuck my off time is the same time my flight is supposed to leave, so I could use the help.

You're taking the Port Jeff ferry? You could always drive the long way. Or take the Orient Point ferry, if you can get there (and it's running.)

Those aren't the ferrys I use to get to work. I work at a facility that has it's own private so to speak ferry.
