Name something that smells funky, but you'll eat it anyway.

I confess, I'm a Texan, always have been, but I've never heard of peanuts in coke. So you just take a handful of regular ole peanuts and dump in a coke?

I'm willing to try it!

That's it! You don't just swallow the peanuts. It's really good. Like Shotgun says... Dr Pepper and peanuts is really good!
I was going to say, take a small bag of peanuts, like you used to get for a nickel? Empty the contents in your coke.

Oh man, I'm so stopping by the store on the way home and getting a bag of peanuts!

Salted are better.:)
I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama

man, there were these Asian people in the apartment next to mine a few years ago. The apartments had a vent over the stove, which emptied out into the alley behind the apartment building.

These Asians would occasionally cook something that smelled NASTY!!!B| And the odor would rebound off the wall on the other side of the alley & permeate everyone else's apartment, especially mine! I would usually leave the apartment & go out to a restaurant on those evenings.B|

i'm not sure, but it may have been octopus or some kinda sick horror-movie type thing like that.

Aw, shit! That sounds nasty! The closest thing I ever ate that even came close to being rotten or 'fermented' was, a day old pizza that had been in the box all night and day under the back window of an Oldsmobile. We were so hung-over and hungry at the time, it looked pretty good. So, we at it. Washed it down with warm beer. It was so hot, the ice melted the day before.

Hell, I am not even from Texas (TN actually), and I used to put peanuts in my Coke all the time...

While in the Air Force, I stopped in Korea for a couple of days, and the smell of Kimchi through the market was incredibly strong... I ended up trying it anyway and kind of liked it...

A lot of the Sushi items I like smell funny but taste so damn good!!!

Damn, now I want some Toro...

There ya' go! Texas doesn't have a corner on that market!;)
I guess, it's all an acquired taste. I have never been 'that' daring, when it came to food. The only raw seafood I've ever eaten was oysters. To me, raw fish is the same as 'bait'! You take that fish, run it through some egg and milk, roll it in some flour and corn meal. Deep fry it till it's a golden brown, serve with some red beans and rice... that might be different!:D:D
