StreetScooby 5 #1 March 17, 2006 Does anyone out there have an exemption for skydiving in a term life insurance policy? By exemption, I mean the following: 1) You die in skydiving, policy doesn't pay. 2) You still have an unrated policy. ThanksWe are all engines of karma
freeflysteve 0 #2 March 17, 2006 Different in UK ,life offices rate policies dependent on how many jumps you do a year at the time policy is effected. When i took my policy out was doing under 75 jumps a year so no rating, policy still ok even though i now do 300 plus jumps a year. Have not seen one with death exclusion due to skydiving. My job is in life assurance sales so have arranged a few policies for uk skydivers.Swooping, huh? I love that stuff ... all the flashing lights and wailing sirens ... it's very exciting! Tonto 1 #3 March 17, 2006 I had an exclusion for many years. It was only when I bought disability together with life that the line blured somewhat and I cancelled the exclusion. tIt's the year of the Pig.
hobbes4star 0 #4 March 17, 2006 I am with state farm and had them add to my policy that I skydive so that if anything were to happen they would pay. It is not cheep.if fun were easy it wouldn't be worth having, right?
