hyper172 0 #1 March 21, 2006 I shattered my ankle a couple of weeks ago, and am virtually limited to laying on the couch with my foot up. I am going crazy from doing lack of activity. I know alot of people on this web page have broken legs and ankles before. How did you get through the day to day boredom of not being able to walk? Please help. I cant jump for atleast 2 months, and I need some hobby or something to occupy my self with.
caress 0 #3 March 21, 2006 Oh my goodness! Well Funks has it half right. Do you have a hot caregiver? may I suggest some fun time in the sponge bath time? Reading is always helpful. I know for a fact that there is always things that you can do to practice with your well limbs to keep the blood flowing. You will not want to atrophy while you are healing. do your best to exercise Okay. I am studying chemistry at this time because I want to and there is a library near where I live. Can you get someone to go to the library for you, and check out some videos for you? that would be something to do. Have you considered learning a new language maybe. You aint got anything better to do. It is helpful for more than just you. You in a way are so lucky that you are laid up. You have more than perfect reason to broaden your horizons because you have nothing better to do. You have forced time off. Use it to your advantage and enjoy it by doing things you do not normally have time for. Just a suggestion. remember to move and exercise the rest of your body please for your own good.-Caress I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right. Brains 2 #4 March 21, 2006 Puss! I went back to work the day after breaking my tibia. I was back at work three days (weekend) after having a rod and screws put in it. As for activities, i do what funks says. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Being broken sucks I know you meant that you ordered the seasons from amazon, but just clear it up for everyone else lol. Weed and daytime tv sounds like a plan though __________________ BOOM Headshot
