what to do

Recommended Posts

8 years Air Force, Top Secret clearance, and IFSM degree. Do I stay in the AF or use my clearance and degree somewhere else? Its tough taking a step into the unkown so any ideas or past experiences are welcome?

Stick it out another 12 years... continue your education as you go then retire and cash in on clearance and degree(s)...

Fuck that...

Get out... Use your clearance to get a job with one of the big Defense or intelligence agencies as a contractor. Send me your resume. I can hook you up with something. 70k at an absolute minimum. Do you have Unix experience? an MCSE? any cisco experience? If so it'll be more like 90. With good unix experience it would be even more.

I may not agree with what you have to say but i'll defend to the death your right to say it.

10 More years, retire. In the mean time while your in the reserves use you security clearance to train and get a special agent job covering ambassadors, state heads etc...Shoot your in the decision making position here, make em' do what YOU want to do!

Actually, the decision will be all mine. Just looking at what else is out there. I've lost touch with whats available on the outside a little so I'm asking.

And actually got the offer I was looking for. ;)
