mdrejhon 8 #1 March 17, 2006 I just found out today I just got published in ToBe magazine (a Canadian gay newspaper): Skydiving for a Rainbow (on www.tobe.ca). This is the first time something skydiving-related has been published about me in some mainstream magazine... BEER! It talks about my Deaf World Record participation, my 100th jump, my first night jump, as well as my organizing the Rainbow Boogie 2006 event (a gay boogie with planned 3-figure attendance). JohnMitchell 16 #2 March 17, 2006 Congrats, Mark. That's a great article for the sport. Funny about the gay angle. Most DZ's have always been a lot more live-and-let-live than the world in general, IMHO. I think maybe North America is just getting a little less homophobic as time goes by. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
 mdrejhon 8 #4 March 17, 2006 QuoteDon't see your jumpsuit in the 9-way - different jumpsuit? which are you?Oh - that was a student jumpsuit. (BLUSH!) My Bev custom jumpsuit was not purchased until after my 100th jump. I had the rig, I had the altimeter, but not my own jumpsuit yet! I'm the red helmet in the center of the 9-way formation skydive. Edit: I'm wondering how to get Skydiving Magazine to add me to their boogie event listing. They list Russia and Spain, so we should be listed too. I tried to submit to them a couple of times, including a month ago for listing on their website. Any suggestions on how I should best contact them?
 NWFlyer 2 #5 March 17, 2006 Did you advocate the Radical Skydiving Agenda? TFTC because we don't have weather holds, packing, planes, etc. I don't know how JFTC does it all. If you have any tips after your experience I'd be all ears and appreciative of any advice you'd have to help along TFTC. Please PM if there is anything that you think I might be able to help w. I know TFTC was a small tunnel event but you never know what you can learn from others experiences.Tunnel Pink Mafia Delegate www.TunnelPinkMafia.com
 mdrejhon 8 #12 March 30, 2006 Thanks! By the way, I just noticed that this article about me made it into Google News at near the top for news search term "skydiving". It produced a spike of hits to the Rainbow Boogie website on March 29th.
 NWFlyer 2 #13 March 30, 2006 Nice article, Mark!
