adventurechick 0 #1 April 2, 2006 So whenever I get a paycheck now, I convert that amount into "how many skydives this could pay for"... and instead of going out for drinks or dinner...or paying some bills... I'm constantly converting that amount to more skydives... I think I'm officially obsessed with this sport. Am I the only one trying to sell off everything to keep on jumping?? Question: What's the craziest thing you've sold or done so you could jump.... PMS #449 TPM #80 Muff Brother #3860 SCR #14705 Dirty Sanchez #

Shotgun 1 #4 April 2, 2006 QuoteWhat's the craziest thing you've sold or done so you could jump.... Sold my condo and my beloved Alfa and took more than a 50% pay cut so that I could move to Perris and jump at a bigger dz 7 days a week. And here I am five years later, not even jumping anymore so that I can go back to school (and a few other reasons), but I'll be back... Oh and yes, when I was jumping, I would pretty much calculate all other purchases based on how many skydives it would cost me.

Followed by the "Shit, I need to find something to do when i can't jump" stage. Then there's the dreaded "Should i sell my gear ?" post/stage.But yea, we've all been exactly where you are.
