PLFXpert 0 #26 April 4, 2006 I used to dislike chocolate, period. I was the only kid who froze her Halloween candy and my stepmom would chow. Now I enjoy dark chocolate. I like Dove's little dark chocolate pieces. They come with happy fortunes in the wrapper such as "You look great in red!". Why thank youPaint me in a corner, but my color comes back. livendive 8 #27 April 4, 2006 I've always like dark chocolate, and I pretty much like broccoli too. Liver is a wierd thing. I really can't stand it, but every few years I get this bizarre craving for it anyhow. I'll buy some, cook it up, eat about half of it while trying not to puke, then throw the rest out. That cures me for a few years and then I try it again. (Notable exception for fois gras) Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" Flygurl 0 #28 April 4, 2006 I've always like broccoli. I'm not into dark chocolate. LIVER??? I'd be as likely to eat liver as I would the filter out of my car. Same thing, really. Girlfalldown 0 #29 April 4, 2006 Try monk fish liver next time you go out for sushi. It's soooo good. The thing with sushi though is usually you start out trying things like California rolls, yellowtail, salmon, etc. Then after you've been eating the same, mellow flavored stuff for years and years you get a little bored with it so you try new stuff. The next thing you know it's 22 years since you had your first sushi experience and now you're eating monk fish liver, uni with a quail egg on it, roe, mackerel, the more fishy the better! You chow on ama ebi heads like they're french fries and you're eating tiny black snails in a lightly sweet sauce by jamming a toothpick in them and pulling their curly bodies out of the shell and tossing them in your mouth. Mmm, I think I want sushi for dinner tonight. YUM! -------------- (Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take my posts seriously.)

skydemon2 0 #31 April 5, 2006 This is kinda gross but my mom used to make liver all the time so during deer season she is bugging us to bring home a deer liver so she can cook it, well no one wanted frickin liver so a plan was hatched. The next deer we shot we took the liver still full of blood with veins and arteries hanging off of it and shoved it in a zip lock bag, and it sat in the cooler all day. My mom took it out and about gagged I am surprised she lasted longer than I thought she would, she got about half the coagulated blood out and the veins trimmed of before she got sick and tossed it in the trash!! I dont know if it was coincedence or not but we didnt have liver again for the remainder of the time I lived there!!!!! P.S. I will still not touch liverBeauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean to the bone! I like to start my day off with a little Ray of Soulshine™!!
