ZigZagMarquis 9 #26 December 4, 2007 Sounds like you already have decided to have another rigger take a look see to make sure everything is okay. Can't argue with that decission. If you don't have confidence with what's on your back when you jump, have it looked at and understand what's going on until you do. Quesiton though... what do you mean by "angry rigger" and "he's always that way" and "in a hurry"?

voodew1 0 #28 December 5, 2007 Mary --- get a grip --- your rig was packed for a week -- you said you needed it in a hurry and then never came to get it for a week THEY WERE FUCKING WITH YOU build a bridge and get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But we did all get a good laugh over your post The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
ladyhawke 0 #29 December 6, 2007 Voodew, You were not there so you know nothing except what they have told you. Believe me I have a grip! From my prospective what happened was not funny or amusing IN ANY WAY! We are talking about MY GEAR and MY SAFETY! Maybe you need to wise up, build the bridge and "get a grip" on what's happening out there. -Mary p.s. Since you all got a "good laugh out of my post " that just makes me question all the more! AND I AM NOT LAUGHING OR KIDDING AROUND IN ANY WAY ABOUT MY SAFETY!!! Do you understand? "It is our choices that show what we truly are far more than our abilities." - A. voodew1 0 #30 December 7, 2007 Mary, Your absolutely right I am sure you will be much safer at Skydive Temple Quote and "get a grip" on what's happening out there. Nothing out of the ordinary, we have always picked on you, and probably always will, because you take it so wellYour rig was not packed in ten minutes, your safety was never in jeopardy, and we have always looked out for your safety, and helped you when you asked. Your just getting started in the skydiving world --- making enemies now is not in your best interest and for the record even reading these forums for anymore then entertainment is not in your or anyone elses best interest The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
ladyhawke 0 #31 December 7, 2007 Voodew, As far as "the ordinary" way everyone picks on me I'm totally fine and can play along as well as any body (believe me I should have won an academy award numerous times !) but for some reason what you and everyone you're talking to is missing is ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM NEW TO THIS SPORT and when it comes to MY GEAR and MY SAFETY "picking on me" or JOKING AROUND IN ANY WAY is UNACCEPTABLE and because of that behavior it made me question my gear and my safety. Although it is tempting to continue to "entertain" you and everyone else on here I'm sorry to say that I am done with all this and have moved on. Oh, and by the way, the last thing I want to do is burn any bridges and if all this has come down to now I must worry about having "enemies", so be it. I'll just give them a big hug, love em to pieces anyway and still have a blast jumpin with my friends! "It is our choices that show what we truly are far more than our abilities." - A.
