Coke has a product called Georgia Coffee in Japan that is absolutely fantastic. Perhaps this is a version of that. Dunno. Georgia Coffee isn't carbonated though.

Awright...I don't mean to be the pronunciation police here, but they are using the "-" over the 'a' on the label of that bottle...which would then make the word sound like "blake".

That's stupid. Somebody better kick some marketing exec's butt for letting something that lame onto supermarket shelves.

Gotta say, it tastes exactly like coffee and coke. Carbonated.

Sad to say, I think I'm hooked. Kept me running for this team training weekend. And we -were- running this weekend, too!

I doubt it. If anything, regular Coke is going the way of New Coke. Dasani flavored water, Blak and the new version of Tab are attempts by Coke to stay in the soft drink market, which is rapidly moving away from traditional sodas.

bought one at wawa yesterday (its like 7-11 without the turbins) it was in the chocolate milk section??

anyway about 10 different people tried it and all of them said it tasted pretty fucking horrible, one person almost cried.

i personally think it tastes like coke coffee and cigarette butts

I actually can give you the opinions of over a hundred people because I do promotions part time.

I sampled it for 6 hours in Febuary and people either loved it or hated it. It took me awhile but I can put my finger on what it tastes like...kind of like Werther's toffee...too sweet for my taste.

I also don't care for coffee or Coke so take it for what its worth. I prefer Go Fast for my energy kick.

Oh didn't realize that was the market, well in that case they have failed, a) I had no idea they were trying to compete with the expresso drinks, and b)I much prefer the Frappuccinos over it. Plus, after drinking two of them now (bought a 4 pack) they really don't have a caffeine kick, I get more from my diet coke.
