TheAnvil 0 #2 March 15, 2006 Coke has a product called Georgia Coffee in Japan that is absolutely fantastic. Perhaps this is a version of that. Dunno. Georgia Coffee isn't carbonated though. Really? Perhaps I judge too quickly. Anyone tasted Blak since it's fairly new release? Sounds like it -could- be a little bit like Jolt? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

riddler 0 #6 March 15, 2006 When I heard Coke & Coffee, I made a sound very similar to "Blak".Trapped on the surface of a sphere. XKCD
ACMESkydiver 0 #7 March 15, 2006 Awright...I don't mean to be the pronunciation police here, but they are using the "-" over the 'a' on the label of that bottle...which would then make the word sound like "blake". That's stupid. Somebody better kick some marketing exec's butt for letting something that lame onto supermarket shelves.~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. CloudOnMyTongue 0 #9 March 16, 2006 That sounds sooo good. My favourite drink is Coke, and the 2nd would be coffee. Put them together, sounds perfect!

ltdiver 3 #12 April 10, 2006 So...found it, bought it, drank it.... Gotta say, it tastes exactly like coffee and coke. Carbonated. Sad to say, I think I'm hooked. Kept me running for this team training weekend. And we -were- running this weekend, too! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

BlindBrick 0 #15 April 10, 2006 QuoteWonder if this will go the way of "New Coke"? I doubt it. If anything, regular Coke is going the way of New Coke. Dasani flavored water, Blak and the new version of Tab are attempts by Coke to stay in the soft drink market, which is rapidly moving away from traditional sodas. -Blind"If you end up in an alligator's jaws, naked, you probably did something to deserve it." fireballgrl 0 #18 April 11, 2006 I actually can give you the opinions of over a hundred people because I do promotions part time. I sampled it for 6 hours in Febuary and people either loved it or hated it. It took me awhile but I can put my finger on what it tastes like...kind of like Werther's toffee...too sweet for my taste. I also don't care for coffee or Coke so take it for what its worth. I prefer Go Fast for my energy kick.
skycat 0 #19 April 11, 2006 worthers toffees.....that's it!!! It kind of tastes like flat coke with coffee flavor. It's not bad, I think I'm still on the fence with it, but the price is a bit high for what you get.Fly it like you stole it!

For the first time ever, non-carbonated drinks are outselling carbonated. I've tried it, It's pretty good.
MikeJD 0 #21 April 12, 2006 Got to love the marketing speak on that page. All these years I've been thinking I was just having a drink. Turns out I have actually been experiencing a 'beverage occasion'.

Plus, after drinking two of them now (bought a 4 pack) they really don't have a caffeine kick, I get more from my diet coke.Fly it like you stole it!
