Despicable. Best recipe for fresh whipped cream.

(2) Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

(2) 1 tsp of granulated sugar

(3) 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract

Use a Kitchen Aid with a wire whip. Whip to stiff peaks (it takes about 5 or more minutes on level 5).

You can do it with a regular hand mixer but it takes a lot longer and doesn't come out as good.

OK. Seriously. My G-ma always put a little bit of knox gelatin in the mix. It helped it hold it's whipped creamyness longer.:|

Ummm, maybe I should say why I was asking. The following is something that I read yesterday:

"I don't know, I'd probably come over, parade around naked in front of you, put some whipped cream on, and absolutely dare you to lick it off. You'd go insane!"

If I ever get married again, that's something I'd like to try! Having had no experience in this arena, I'd thought I would ask so that I'd be prepared. Wouldn't using my Kitchen Aide and your recipe kill the mood?

You should then go for canned. It will stay on better and will be easier to place.
