simplyputsi 0 #1 April 19, 2006 So the other day I pretty much catch my next door neighbor in the act of selling drugs. I'm not sure which type. She doesn't want to get caught maybe she should tell the loser fucks outside the door to keep their friggen mouths shut. I swear our doors amplify sound. So anyway, then my roommate tells me he overheard her daughter, which had moved out, say she was back staying with her mom because she had a drug problem and her mom was helping her. Ummmmm your drug dealing mom is helping you get off drugs??? I doubt that. Of course I knew the daughter being there only meant the normal 3 a.m. scream fest. I was right. 3 last night I awake to screaming. Apparently her daughter left or something. Now why at 3 a.m. you get up to check if your daughter is in the house I don't know. Maybe she heard her leave. She made a friggen hell of a lot of noise after. Screaming telephone calls and lots of heavy walking. So anyway. I'm debating on calling in an anonymous tip on the drug dealing bit. I have no patience for that type of shit, especially around my condo!! I can see the damn police screwing it up though and knocking on the door going we heard you were selling drugs here, mind if we look around. They need to set up a damn sting but can I count on them to be that smart. This neighbor who is an old nasty bitch, opened the door at 1 p.m. in the afternoon butt ass naked. She screamed, shut the door, asked who they were(roommate and girlfriend). Roommate answers I'm your neighbor. She opens the door but just sticks her head around the corner and I can't remember what she said. This happened again, except she had bottoms on when the roommate was outside the door telling a friend the fastest way home from there. That time it was 12 at night. She has to walk down two flights of stairs to get to her front door. Why is she doing that butt ass naked and then opening the door for no reason. Nobody knocked or rang the doorbell, and even if they did why would she open the door naked??????? If they show up and it's still going on, then there's a good chance that they'll have to investigate and there will probably be some good probable cause to go inside. And I don't think you want that. Also, before you call about the noise, you may want to mention it to your neighbors, and ask them to keep at down at 3 am. Maybe they don't know how much it carries. aprilcat 0 #7 April 19, 2006 Simplyputsi is probably not the only neighbor who is tired of the noise and traffic. I wouldn't worry about what the druggies THINK (If they were thinking they wouldn't be screaming at 3 am and stepping into sunlight butt-nekkid). I'd complain about the fights everytime they did it. Simplyputsi (and the others) are entitled to quiet. You don't even have to step outside to confirm it..just call and say they are fighting. Cops know when someone is high so they will start watching the house. If there is a LOT of traffic from people buying, I'd follow it up by telling the cops they are selling drugs. Its not being a nosy neighbor--sooner or later people are going to start getting hurt. Contacting the management office is a good idea too. If they know there is drug activity on their property they are responsible for getting the druggies out or damages done to others AFTER they were notified (at least its done that way here). Girlfalldown 0 #10 April 19, 2006 Set up a video camera and secretly tape all the strange "visits" to their door just in case. Also I would call the landlord and let them know what's been going on. If they know they possibly have a drug-dealer in their own rental they could get in a lot of trouble themselves so they may look into it further and you won't have to do anything. simplyputsi 0 #11 April 19, 2006 It's a condo so no landlord or anything. We do have an HOA. I doubt they have much power though unless a conviction is done. Funny you should mention the camera. I happen to have bought a miny cam, spy cam, about a year or so back and it will transmit wirelessly. I've thought about rigging it up somehow and taping the days activities. How horrible is that? I hate to think my little cousins could get this stuff right off the internet! Plus it's all sorts of bad chemicals that could explode and kill them in the process.
