Rebecca 0 #6 April 19, 2006 Snake, squid, shark, snail, live scallop, raw I-don't-know-what-the-hell-it-was-but-it-was-weird, ostrich, buffalo, insect drive-thru (mouth open + trail riding = snack) Pretty tame. I do love Fernet Branca + Coke, which some people describe as drinking burned tires... you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk? Rebecca 0 #8 April 19, 2006 Actually, it's a digestive. Knock a couple of those back after a Brazilian Churrascaria meal (a.k.a. Death By Meat), and your tummy will thank you. And if you happen to overdo it, the resulting hangover will be incredibly mild. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk? (people don't count - unless you are making a reference to cannibalism :) You know those awful-looking junk food snowball things (I think Hostess makes them)? I ate two green ones just to see if I would survive the experience. I also ate a whole can of Spam for the same reason. Walt

flyinghonu 0 #14 April 19, 2006 After reading the responses, I just realized I have not really eaten anything weird. The weirdest: As a child my friend and I made dirt pies and put about two inches of butter on top and covered it with sugar and cat food. I ate a couple bites of that. As an adult, I guess it would be turtle and alligator in some nasty Jambalaya (sp?) when I was in New Orleans a long time ago. waltappel 1 #20 April 19, 2006 QuoteMaybe that could be a new angle for selling SPAM. Just think of all the money you'll save on embalming : ) I think that sounds pretty good, but I'm probably not such a good judge of marketing and advertsing strategies. I was thinking about fireproof gunsafes one time and had the thought that if the companies that make them really wanted to impress people, they could put the CEO of the company in a safe, holding his infant baby in his arms, close the safe, lower it into a hellish inferno, and after 5 or 10 minutes, bring the safe out, cool it off, and open it up to show the smiling CEO and infant. I ran the idea past a friend and he thought it was by far away the most retarded thing he'd heard in quite a while. Walt
