soulshine 0 #12 April 20, 2006 Freshly ground PB from the health food store is so much better than the stuff you can get in the grocery store. I use that and preserves or jam with little chunks of fruit on whole wheat bread. PB and honey or bananas or both is really good too. I like to make my PBJ's by taking a big spoonful of Jif peanut butter (smooth) and a big spoonful of Welch's Grape Jelly and mixing it together in a bowl. Then pile it on two pieces of toasted white bread and wash it down with a glass of milk. Damn that's good. In jam, the fruit comes in the form of fruit pulp or crushed fruit (and is less stiff than jelly as a result). In preserves, the fruit comes in the form of chunks in a syrup or a jam.
