This is a mood I haven't seen you in before! I was at Costco a couple years ago and saw that someone must have made a mistake when pricing wines. They had '97 Kenwood Artist Series for like $28, so I grabbed the few bottles they had left. The gal who rang me up thought $28 was pretty expensive for a bottle of wine and asked me if it was any good. I said, "It all depends on what you like, but I kinda like this one." She said, "Well, I like raspberry merlot...does this taste anything like that?" My response was quite polite.... "Nope, nothing at all like that. I'd stick with what you like." And yes, I'm jealous of some of your tastings. Blues, Dave I love it when I find a wine priced wrong. I was in Hawaii and they had Dom Perignon for like $75 a bottle. At the time it was going for $125 or more in the states. I had me some Dom mimosas! (kidding, kidding!) -------------- (Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take my posts seriously.) simplyputsi 0 #27 April 21, 2006 QuoteConundrum is screw cap now so I guess YOU'RE the girl! Edited because I missed an s. Not that damn Conundrum, the older stuff. Last time I asked for it at the store they said the only bottle they had was $135. They mentioned nothing of screw cap, hell I might have tried it. Everyone knows the best wine comes in a box though with a spout already attached!!Skymama's #2 stalker -

Plumpjack Reserve at around $150ish. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" (drink Mountain Dew)
