I had a tidbit of information passed to me one night simply because I was bitching about how much my thighs were hurting me as I was handing someone a beer.

I was prepared to put forth a dissertation on Pilsners, lagers, hops, yeast, etc etc etc until I opened the thread and saw what you meant...

At Dublin, I saw that too many of those beers can make you piss in a closet instead of the bathroom.
(no, it wasn't me that did it.)

My reality and yours are quite different.
