miss3sixty 0 #1 April 23, 2006 Oh My God, Thank you so much to everyone that replied to " can you relate to this" It meant loads to me to know Im not alone and gave me a lovely warm glow to know that you guys all feel the same. if Ive learn one thing from you experienced guys that have replied its this...... THE ADDICTION ONLY GETS WORSE !! ha ha, bring it on !! i have already accepted the dept, mental obsession and the loss of pissed-off neglected non-skydiving fiends so Im ready!! I have 27 jumps now and am waiting to my last JM stage, but I have not jumped for about 10 days due to weather/work/wankers that take up space on the plane. it has been so busy at the DZ that fun- jumpers and students are all on hold for 5 days!! All I keep thinking is... if ONLY I'd got thjat last jump in, my license would be in the post!! Anyway, who cares, this sport will last me forever. Before I know it, 'll be jumping with my sister ( she has 150 jumps) we just want to go out the plane in ridiculous stupid positions and experiment like hell! I hope you are all having fun 'swimming in the sky' (Ive written a song with this title and one day, when I get the confidence, Ill post it onto this site !! love you all, Rach x xMiss3sixty Skydiving- it has its ups and downs
NWFlyer 2 #2 April 23, 2006 Quoteit has been so busy at the DZ that fun- jumpers and students are all on hold for 5 days!! I sure hope you have another option once you have your license. I've heard of fun jumpers and students getting bumped for tandems, but a five day hold? Take your business elsewhere."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please.
