TheAnvil 0 #1 April 23, 2006 Wierdest thing just happened to me. I got a phone call and answered, and my voice sounded like I was an evil monster or something. Must have scared the caller off. LoL. My voice has been in and out all day, but never that bad until I answered the phone. Most odd. This ever happen to anyone else? Muenkel 0 #7 April 23, 2006 Don't know. It's already been reported in Bugs and Errors. No explanation from the boss yet. I don't know about you, but it's just wrong to have the phrase 'You have just made a fatal error' on a skydiving website. TheAnvil 0 #10 April 23, 2006 Naaah. Very unusual occurrence. I felt badly because the person on the phone - it registered as a private call (WTF is that?) - probably had no clue that I don't normally sound that way or anything. I am not a monster! I'm a JACKASS. Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
Snowwhite 0 #11 April 23, 2006 I used to sing for my supper, and the next day was always questionable. I think it was the smoke at the bars, and toi much use. Now it rarely happens. Give yourself a day or two to get full blown laryngitis, but gargel with salt water in the mean time, it sometimes helps.skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

grue 1 #16 April 24, 2006 During soccer season, I've always had a deeper voice from yelling so much. At the uni level, the goalie is expected to essentially run the field, and since I was a captain, it was double duty, so I was yelling all game, every game. Then during practices, I'm yelling during drills. I barely ever talk outside of games and practices during season to give my voice a chance to recover cavete terrae. TheAnvil 0 #17 April 24, 2006 The voice was a precursor to a wicked and vile cold. I need to go to the vet, I do believe. The JACKASS has a sniffle. The vet will probably just tell me to drink lots of fluids and be sedentary, I'll drink lots of tequila and be non-sedentary, go back to the vet, he'll chew me out and tell me I'm an idiot and to drink NON-TEQUILA fluids, and by then I'll be almost better anyway. I HATE the common cold! Somebody cure this immediately! I'm going to get my sledge out this afternoon and take my cold-frustrations out on something! Muuuhuhahahahahahaaaaaa!!! Muenkel 0 #18 April 24, 2006 Vinny, my cold is a week old now and its beginning to really piss me off. I was good, consuming plenty of fluids and getting rest. Now I'm going to consume mass quantities of Tequila. Chris _________________________________________ Chris
TheAnvil 0 #19 April 24, 2006 Good thinking. I'm going to drink a wee bit o' tequila tonight too. I refuse to bow down to the cold. I am going to workout a bit when I get home just to spite it.
