ACMESkydiver 0 #1 April 24, 2006 Like this. Can you believe it? Looks just like any other happy lil' guy! That's my Joey. Joey has heart disease and has since he was 4 months old. Today we went back to the Pediatric Cardiologist to get a sedated echo to check his heart. We had high expectations. Prognosis: Looks great!! The only thing that was just a step out of the norm was his right coronary artery was a bit enlarged. Doc will check him again at age 12. If'n you are so inclined, lend my little Joey a prayer or a good thought or two. Poor kid deals with the challenges of Autism, and has this going on in his chest at the same time. Prayers and positive wishes helped heal our Joey from 5 coronary aneurisms as an infant, and we've never stopped expecting miracles for him and his twin. Thanks all. NWFlyer 2 #2 April 24, 2006 Sounds like a positive report, Jaye. You've got some tough little ones in your family, but I know exactly where they get their toughness. skydiver51 0 #6 April 24, 2006 We pray every day our grandkids will continue to have a healthy, happy life. It does seem fair when a baby like Joey is born having to fight for his life from the git go. Prayers being sent his way.

ACMESkydiver 0 #9 April 24, 2006 EMS, Weege, Skydiver 51, gmittar, and Mike...thanks all of you. The boy is a lot like his mama -he's high strung. That's helped him for sure -he is just too stubborn to let this take him down! ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. Check it out: http://www.firstgiving.com/deermanschapel I grew up with his dad and now my mother teaches Nick in Children's Church. The children's church group and families are participating along with a few others from different churches in the area. My oldest daughter and I will be walking and pushing my 9 month old in the stroller. It's going to be a great day ~ we've been planning it for a few months now and have really been looking forward to it. *edited to make clicky*
 ACMESkydiver 0 #14 April 24, 2006 QuoteSaid a prayer.
