eeneR 3 #3 April 27, 2006 Very cool! Thanks Wingi for the info. Because I have the dogs there will actually be a full screening etc. See how they act with the pooches etc. They are the biggest issue, as they are my babies, and well need to make sure who ever moves in will take good care of them too. Not that they will be responsible, but they will be living in the same house with them. She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto
NtheSeaOrSky 0 #4 April 27, 2006 well someone who can dog sit while you are away rafting for a weekend would be a nice bonus... but someone who doesnt leave the front door open for them to get out, or feed them toxic stuff is good Life is not fair and there are no guarantees... Dont feed them people food EVER, do not feed them dog food from anywhere but the dog dishes...and dont let them get out of the door. Pretty simple. If they dont want the dogs on the bed or in the room, close the door. My two do have pretty much free reign, sit on couch with me, sleep snuggled into my bed.She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto

I don't have a huge problem with it myself... and she's often on the sofa when I get home from work and such. I don't need more then a look to get her off though... and um... her bed is very comfy... kenz 0 #9 April 27, 2006 i will say that i didn't have as much luck - i kept getting all of these emails from these fake europeans that were claiming to need a place and they would send you the $$ prior to arriving - its a total scam so BE CAREFUL... unfortunately i had no luck with it and feel like i was totally robbed... however the fact that i live in delaware didnt leave me with many options... and i was recommended to the site by someone who used it and loved it... again just be super careful... good lucK!"life does throw curveballs sometimes but it doesn't mean we shouldn't still swing for the homerun" ~ me

EricaH 0 #13 April 27, 2006 I used it downtown chicago, once to find a place with current residence & another to look with an individual for a new place. both times I had numerous opportunities - both times I decided living alone was better. it can be great, someone from out of town new that doesn't have a network in the area yet - but you could end up with some crazy mf that no one else, not even his momma likes. edited to add: ask what kid of food they like to cook - it could end up really stinkey! There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear. PMS #227 (just like the TV show)
