Yoshi 0 #31 May 12, 2006 Sorry to hear that you have been through so much... but martial arts in any form I think is good therapy for the mind body and soul... you can learn much about yourself and what you are capable of with only a little focus and direction. I havent heard of krav maga myself... the form I studied was 5 different fighting styles.. 3 hard 2 soft..including philipino knife fighting and aikido... fun stuff_________________________________________ this space for rent. After the wedding I went out to a bar with all of these same people who used to give me grief for having beer in my fridge. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be the most fun I'd had in months. I get to see a bunch of them this weekend for a graduation party.
