JohnRich 4 #4 May 12, 2006 Wow! That's very unusual to see that shade of red like that. Beautiful photo. Here's an unusual photo (attached) I took of a sunrise a few months ago on a camping trip. It shows the sunrise, the moon, and the planet Venus, all in vertical alignment. It was tricky to take, because just a few minutes earlier the sun wasn't high enough to produce a pretty orange glow on the horizon, and just a few minutes later there was too much sunlight and it washed out the view of the moon and Venus in the night sky. But the hardest part of all, was getting me out of my sleeping bag before sunrise.
mnealtx 0 #5 May 12, 2006 The mornings have been misty, so there's been plenty of 'skyglow' to work with. That makes a damned interesting shot, with everything lined up like that...pretty cool!! As for getting up, I've been working night shift, so I'm already awake... whether I want to be or not!Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim.
