dude, ny is way closer.. think like 10 hours.... and i know for a fact that the first shift waitresses are way hotter than third shift.....



p.s. (to no one in paticular) my foot is asleep... it's starting to get the pins and needls going, i can't walk on it...

All my life, could never get to sleep any earlier than 2:00 unless seriously worn out. Don't know why.:(

The only solution I ever found is to work second shift; that way I can still get 8 hours in regularly.

I have had this since I was a child, and was even on prescription meds. I realize that there is no guaranteed fix. That said what worked best for me was to stop doing any work about one hour before bed (deadlines permitting) and pursue some recretional reading (TV overstimulates) and just relax. You also need to have a set routine (eat same time exercise same time, go to bed same time..etc). Again not a guarantee but it is the best solution so far.

My biggest handicap is that sometimes the hole in the front of my head operates a tad bit faster than the grey matter contained within.

How often I jump (level of adrenaline in my blood) has a huge effect on my ability to sleep.

I made 2 jumps last week and those were for currency, so my body's reverting to the state where I can go to bed at 630pm and get up for work 12 hours later.

After a weekend of jumping, I don't bother to go to bed before 12a b/c I'll be staring at the ceiling after my hungry cat wakes me up 4am.
