I have tried everything from herbal remedies to perscription sleeping pills, which make me groggy as hell in the morning. I am at my wits end. I envy all the people in bed right now that are just snoozing away. Lucky little shits. I seriously envy people that can sleep for 12 hours, I don't know how they do it. Out of curiosity have you tried meditation... I don't do it now... but for a few years I regularly meditated and that actually kind of helped a bit... soulshine 0 #6 May 15, 2006 I regularly do Thai Chi and I have just started yoga and I cannot tell a change in my sleeping patterns. I literally have to physically exhaust myself during the day in order to sleep a fair amount. Even then I may sleep for several hours but it isn't quality, I'm up a few times during the night.
