Proof of age of the models is required to be held by the individual photographers and verifiable that proof of age was in possession of and maintained by the photographers at the time the images were created. All records, content and images must be in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations with certification that at all times said records were in full compliance.

The pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media displayed on this Website are not exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual media consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), and are not otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995

With respect to all visual media as defined above displayed on your website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, you must provide proof that you held proof at the time of the posting of the images that all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual media, as defined above, were created.

Failure to have maintained appropriate records is a felony which may subject the photographers to criminal liability and penalties of $50,000.00 for each image posted without required notifications and records.

Please have said records ready for inpection at (date, time, place), as well as all models depicted in the images and photographers who creates said images, along with their individual records.
