If I met you in person...

would I discover that you are just like you are here?

Or would I find that the person we know here is some sort of alter ego rarely seen in public?

I'd answer this... but I think there are enough people on here that actually know me that would be able to answer it better...

I think in general I'm the same person online as I am in person... :|

I would have to say I am different I can’t really point to why or what.

I just know in real life I get along with almost everyone I am very mellow, and love to have fun no matter what.

On here I disagree with almost everyone and don’t get along with to many people.

I feel I am the same person on here and in real life but I think the focus is on different parts.

I would say that the main reason I would come off different in person is that I smile a whole lot. I say the same sort of stuff (perhaps less abrasive in person) but I do it with a smile. I rely on body language/facial expressions a lot to convey meaning.

And I'm kinda quiet/shy in person sometimes too. But I don't know.. maybe that is evident online.

People used to be really shocked by how "normal" and even relatively quiet I am in person. :D

Yeah, I was one of them. You wouldn't even drink and you were pretty calm and quiet, though you offered valuable advice for dealing with a pregnant wifey.

As for me, I'm usually fairly quiet and calm until I get comfortable with people. Then, I can actually get a little loud.

I'm much less obnoxious in real life, until you get to know me. Then I am much more obnoxious in real life.

I would like to steal this and apply it to myself.

I have met you in real life, but I haven't gotten to know you. So, I would agree with this assessment : )

Well Karen, you've got a beautiful smile! I am sure that the photo doesn't do it justice.
