airtwardo 7 #1 May 24, 2006 So I just got done looking at the video from a pyro demo I did Sunday.... An old jumper friend's wuffo GF was running the camera as we got geared up. After I was dressed and ready to go, I walked out away from everyone as I always do, to quietly run through my 'dive plan' and have a cigarette in private. She had the video on me, and the conversation between her and my buddy is hilarious! She says..."Any REAL skydiver knows ya never smoke with gear on!" He says..."I don't know about the gear, but I sure wouldn't smoke with all those fireworks strapped on me!" As I came back, my buddy says, "Tammy was asking what would happen if an ash from that cigarette got on you" I said, "The the show starts 1/2 an hour early!" Another case of 'smoking' being bad for yer health! ...But in an effort to one day become a "REAL" skydiver...I WILL take those comments and concerns to heart! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~ Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
