AggieDave 6 #3 May 26, 2006 Those Shadows are good bikes. Enjoy yourself, take a safety course and I recommend reading Proficent Motorcycling for a good read. Beyond that, be sure to stay away from sites like www.scootworks.com and www.phatperformanceparts.com since they'll stuck your wallet dry when you start buying other things for you bike.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." WatchYourStep 0 #5 May 26, 2006 Nice bike. I like the Hondas. You skydive and ride bikes. Do you want to get married? My riding buddy has a Honda Shadow and I have to say I am impressed with that motorcycle. He might join me on the trip up. My folks live outside of Portland. Do you have a riding partner? For me doing solo rides is fun but after a while It's like doing a lot of solo's. I prefer small RW (4way) or small riding groups It intensify's the experience for me.
